Founders
Danielle N. Karpf
Danielle is a seasoned Human Resources executive with 25+ years of experience in the financial and professional services industries. She served as the CHRO at BTIG, Global Head of HR at Situs, the Director of HR at Cleary Gottlieb and held numerous HR positions at Lehman Brothers.
She has led global HR functions during periods of rapid growth and transformation, implementing best-in-class systems, building high-performing teams, and partnering closely with Co-Founders and C-Suite executives. Her expertise spans executive coaching, talent development, succession planning, M&A transactions, and culture building. Danielle has successfully guided organizations through complex challenges including 9/11, the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Danielle holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Villanova University.
Christine R. Japlit
Christine is a real estate and investment management executive with over two decades of institutional private equity experience. She spent 22 years at Blackstone, where she led global operational infrastructure initiatives, spending time in the New York and London offices, with a focus on scaling the firm’s investment platforms and strengthening operational efficiency worldwide.
Most recently, Christine served as Chief Operating Officer at Hackman Capital Partners, overseeing corporate operations and leading capital-raising efforts during a period of rapid expansion.
She brings deep expertise in organizational design, fund management, investor reporting, and business process optimization—helping clients align people, processes, and technology to drive growth and enhance investor confidence.
Recognized as an energetic and solutions-focused leader, Christine partners with executives and investors to design practical frameworks that enable operational excellence and long-term value creation.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University.
